Aetos Development Partnership Subsidiaries Program (ADPSP)
The Aetos Development Partnership Subsidiaries Program (ADPSP) was implemented to foster collaborative partnerships between Aetos and other universities, research institutions and private companies. ADPSP is structured to allow other partners to retain a substantial financial interest in the commercialization of intellectual property developed through their own research efforts. In turn, Aetos Technologies will receive management fees, operating income and an equity share of any assets resulting from its development efforts and final exit strategy.
Aetos provides a turnkey process that includes technology evaluation, technical development, business management and capitalization strategies. The participating partner provides the technology and the research support. This team effort results in an increased probability of financial success for the intellectual property owners and their technology partners.
