Falcon Protein Products
Aetos Technologies, Inc. led the incorporation of Falcon Protein Products, Inc (“Falcon”) as part of the Aetos Development Partnership Subsidiary Program. Falcon will process agricultural by-products to create meals, oils and other products that are sellable on the open market. Falcon will build and market a line of equipment using their Agricultural By-Product Value Recovery System (“ABVRS”) technology to serve the hatchery waste, fresh water and marine aquaculture, poultry and other meat processing industries.
Falcon will build and operate processing plants using ABVRS developed by AUquaTein, Inc. (“AUquaTein”) and Auburn University (“Auburn”) and exclusively licensed to Falcon. The ABVRS technology will allow Falcon to process many streams of agricultural waste without creating the offensive odors or large quantities of waste water that plague the conventional rendering industry. In addition to the environmental advantages of ABVRS, Falcon believes there will be significant operational and financial advantages associated with the technology.
Auburn University is a participant and co-developer in AUquaTein and has provided technical assistance, research and financing. Falcon has a pilot plant in operation on the Auburn campus and is producing test runs of product to fine tune the manufacturing process as well as provide finished meals and oils for analysis.

New Process Advantages
- Absence of waste water
- Emits clean steam without offensive odor
- Consumes less energy
- Smaller plant footprint
